The Avant 2120 is a multifunctional device that offers SpO ₂ measurement with Nonin’s PureSat technology, as well as non-invasive blood pressure measurement. The pressure module works using an oscillometric blood pressure method. The oscillatory pulsations in the arterial walls are amplified and filtered to create an oscillometric waveform. These readings are influenced by ambient noise such as auscultatory methods.
